Free Post Holiday Assessment 
 
Everyone needs a break. Respite care provides caregivers a temporary rest from caregiving, while the person continues to receive care in a safe, familiar environment. Using respite services can support and strengthen your ability to be a caregiver. Caregiving is demanding  and it's normal to need a break. Seeking help does not make you a failure. Remember that respite services benefit the person  as well as the caregiver.
Call us to set up services now, and then when you are ready to take a break we are one phone call away. Home Assessments are free of charge.
Portage-Senior Coffee Hour
1st Wednesday of every month from 9 am to 10 am at the Colonial Kitchen on South Westnedge. Free coffee, give-always, door prizes and free information on a different subject each month.
